My dad hated it here so much he was calling me 12 to 16 times a day driving me crazy. The manager of the place ignored complaints like dinner being left in the hall, staff not knocking loud enough, and she did not try to understand him at all. I felt like they wanted to charge him more just for talking to him and professionals don't behave that way at work. They should remember this is their work they're getting paid to do and they are not there to have fun while the residents are not. I am able to be nice to him and it wasn't my job. He wasn't much work otherwise. All they had to do is understand aging people. I moved him to a much bigger place which I thought would be worse, but he has liked it more.
