I was pleased with Prestige Way the moment I spoke to Darlene. Our case was a bit complicated and she made the journey a lot smoother. Darlene met with me on a Sunday and my sister and myself on Monday. We were very impressed at the friendly staff and how clean the whole facility was/is. She did her thing and told us our mother had qualified to be a resident. Darlene has the utmost respect from her team, that says a lot, especially in this field of work. There is not a staff member that my mother and all of us do not like. They work hard and never complain and you can tell they really care for each and everyone of their residents. They are equally as friendly as the residents. A huge Thank you to all who work here!! You are appreciated!!

I visited prestige way a few weeks ago for my mother in law. The facility was clean, residents seemed happy and the staff was very polite. The star of the show was Darlene, the Executive director. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and was answer any of the questions that I had. I would definitely recommend. We would have moved my loved one knowledgeable, but she passed before we could make it happen.
