I have visited Prime West Knoxville several times it really feels like a resort when you walk through the front door, very clean and inviting. All the management are so friendly and welcoming to all who visit. The residents all know Maureen, Lindsey, Skylar and Shea by name. I have seen Lindsey go out of her way to help all the residents and visitors regardless of their needs. Maureen the ED is just awesome and has been such an asset to the team. Shea will definitely go out of his way to help all, and Skylar has such a great relationship with all the residents and staff! If you are looking for a place to call home please reach out, you won’t regret it!

My friend and I were invited to have a small craft fair during the holiday season. The staff were so helpful and made our experience very welcoming. Maureen was exceptional!! She advertised prior to the event as well as made sure we had everything we needed while we were there. We enjoyed visiting with the residents. They were delightful. We look forward to returning to Prime in the future! Thank you.
