Quail Ridge

This place has had several issues over the past year. My mom complains the food is not cooked all the way and when it was addressed, they said that they only have a limited amount of time so they can only cook baked potatoes in half hour. Food sucks. There is a Med Tech named Tina that is so mean to the residents and she has had several complaints and she is still there, Ann the manager does nothing w all the complaints. She should be fired. The state has been in there a few times for investigations. These residents are paying lots of money each month and getting bad service and food. Ann is a wolf in sheep clothing. Don't let her fool you. Shame on this place.

Flew up from Mexico to visit my aunt on her 98th birthday. Best facility of its type I've ever seen. The people do their job with genuine love. The food is great. 1st class ice cream! Worth every penny. Cant buy this kind of loving care. They genuinely care. Family , dogs, cats, all treated great.

Our mom has been a resident of Quail Ridge since August 2022. She loves living at Quail Ridge! In December of 2023 she became ill which precipitated some mental health struggles. When her illness became serious and she needed to go to the hospital, she did not want to go. Many staff members worked with her in a professional and caring manner to try and coax her to get treatment. Everyone was so patient with Mom. It was Phil, whom she had developed a fun relationship with already, that was able to convince her to go. Phil personally accompanied her to the ED and stayed with her late into the night, talking with her and keeping her company until she was admitted. It was a true act of kindness and going the extra mile! When thanking Phil in person he humbly replied, "I just didn't want her to be alone without someone she didn't know." We are very grateful for all the kindness extended during this frightening time for our mom. She's told us many times that "Phil is not just the maintenance man, he is my friend." This kindness is indicative of all the staff at Quail Ridge, who seem to truly love the residents.
