The worst rehab I have ever known in my Life.. my mother was having wound care provided and the wound healed from outside but was still not healed in the inside!!! My Mother became septic and Passed. All the while they were telling Me that mom’s wound had healed. It’s no way these reviews are reallll

Clean and well-organized

Went to visit my dad as he was recently placed at Raleigh rehabilitation facility and was appalled by the appearance of this place. It is filthy! When you first walk in, everything looks nice at first glance but once you get to the actual areas where the patients are, The smell is outrageous and it looks like nobody has cleaned up in weeks. There was food on the floor around a bunch of other patients who were just lined up in wheelchairs sitting around. Most of them looked drugged up. and drink stains all over the hallway as soon as I walked out of the elevators. To make matters worse, While I was sitting with my dad in his room a roach crawled out of his bedside table!!!!!!!!! When I mentioned it to the associate who brought his food into the room, she shrugged and said “we’ve been complaining about it for a long time sorry”!! The staff was nice That’s the only reason I’ll give this place one star but I do not recommend sending your loved ones to this place at all. They must be all about money because they definitely don’t seem to care about the cleanliness or wellbeing of the people staying there!!!! I will be looking into reporting these issues to the appropriate agency so nobody else has to experience sending their loved ones somewhere like this
