I am a patient here now and I have the best nurses Melani and Angel. anytime I have a problem the staff is quick to help and fix whatever I need. I've been to Patewood and other facilities and it was ok but I've had the best experience at Reedy River so far. Everyone here is down to Earth.

This is an older facility but well-maintained. You can tell that the staff are very happy, not the least bit disgruntled. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I experienced wonderful nurses(Milani is outstanding well is Rachel) and CNAs(Aisha and Tasha). I personally watched the level of the above-and-beyond attitude by all staff members, Dietary services needs some improvement. Housekeeping and maintenance are excellent and they take pride in their jobs. The physical therapy department is amazing and professional,. I've personally been a patient in to newer facilities but looks aren't what you need especially when there is a post-hospital need with a goal to be fully functional upon returning to home.
