This facility is a complete disgrace. The nurses are lazy, careless, and negligent. Patients are left to suffer without proper care, and serious medical situations are ignored until it’s too late. I’ve seen things here no family should ever have to witness, and it’s clear the staff have no compassion for the people they’re supposed to protect. The CNAs and nurses sit around gossiping at the desk while patients are neglected. And when the state shows up, suddenly everyone is on their best behavior, acting polite and professional, as if none of the neglect ever happens. Don’t be fooled by the show they put on for inspectors. If you care about your loved ones, do not leave them in this unsafe, heartless place. Management seems so bad these workers are horrible!! I was in the room with my dad and these 2 CNAS just started yelling at each other and fighting. Seems hostile to me. I will be taking action!!!
