I have been to 5 separate is physical therapy rehab centers. And this one is the best by far. They treat us with respect and treat us like we're all humans. The other 4 would cuss at us residents and look at us like we're a paycheck. The other places also never answered the call lights in a timely manner which resulted in deaths. This place is definitely the place for your loved ones. They answered the call lights within 5 to 10 minutes if not sooner. I can't say enough great things about this place. Thank God I finally found a place i can recover from my injuries. The physical therapy is also great.

I wouldn’t put a rat in this place!!! It’s nasty, dirty, smelly. The staff is lazy, rude and careless. My dad was in here for a 8days because i refused to let him stay longer I reported them for neglect. My father was soiled on multiple occasions fell while trying to get himself into bed and was left sitting in his underwear in the hallway begging to go in his room. He was ignored when he hit the nurse button. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Arianna a Cna, has been so helpful. Ruthlie the admission director was a God send.Rubiselda is the nurse most professional, actually all the nurses. I wish I could name them all. And I don't know who the chef is but his food is above and beyond excellent .It's always clean. My couches for my rehabilitation have been patient and seem to have true feelings for my recovery. If you're looking for a place for a loved one or your self do your self a favor and ignore any negative reviews coming from a person here right now. If you care about your loved one and want to ease your mind that they are in a wonderful care. Mcelljeen Lopez a nurse here has been incredibly helpful. I commend them all they make you feel like a part of the family. Do your self a favor and take the advice of someone who is actually here and don't waist any more time deciding on the right place for you or your loved one. I have never felt so cared for. This team is very professional and very kind going the extra mile for human beings and showing love and compassion for every one ❤️ 💙 💜 Sincerely hope you make the right decision and don't risk sending a loved one some place they might be neglected .Coming from a actual resident here God bless and make the best decision you will be glad you did make the right decision 🙏.
