The staff took wonderful care of my Mother; allowing her some independence while keeping her totally safe and secure. I can't say enough about my experience. Sarah is so kind, treating the residents as family but also setting boundaries. She has a very good staff with frequent team meetings, going over individual residents so that everybody is on the same page with their care. Mom was content there and recently passed at the age of 103.

NO STARS - Horrific experience! My 52 year old brother's condition (late stage dementia) declined dramatically during his 2017 6 month 'stay' at this very unprofessional assisting living home. He was given meds without my knowledge (I am his legal guardian who resides in CA) that exacerbated his aggression and then was evicted from the house with no warning, no plan for housing. If not for the hospital my brother would have died in the snow as he is unable to care for himself and he has no other housing options. I was lied to by the new administrator, Laura, after she told me that she wanted the best for my brother and would help find him a more suitable place to live. She did not follow through with her 'promises' and instead - kicked my brother out. The actions taken by Renaissance Senior Care employees created extreme heartache, stress and worry for Patrick and our family - no needed in an already stressful situation. The care givers had no medical training and no accountability. I feel very foolish having trusted these people and wonder how they sleep at night.
