Do not put your loved ones in this facility! They are constantly coming up with excuses as to why daughter’s dad is not getting showers/baths on a regular basis. The director even went so far as to say he was lying when he told my daughter that he did not get a bath/shower, which is not true! My day is constantly having to go and wash her dad’s hair and purchase wipes so he can wipe his body down. She also has to take extra food because they don’t feed these patients enough to sustain them, and he has lost weight and looks terrible. We have tried reaching out to the director several times, and at first he has responsive. However, now he has just ignored my voicemail messages and will not call me back to address the issue. Showers/baths wouldn’t be a problem if he were able to walk, but he does not have the use of his legs. God only knows when the last time the bedsheets were changed. There was poop on his arm the last time my daughter went in to wash her dad’s hair! The stench when you walk into the room is unbearable, and the smell is her dad, because they are not assisting him with showers or getting cleaned up. He is completely bedridden and at their mercy, and they simply do not care! Forget the use of a call light button because on average it takes two to three hours for them to respond! On to the next step of reporting this facility, as any resolution is only temporary on their part!
