Great seniors. Poor instructors. They don’t train students well. just really bad training and leadership skills.

Rose Haven is a delightful, hometown nursing care facility. All the staff there live locally and you can tell they really do care about their patients. My mother spent two years there until she passed in the spring and she was well cared for and we were carefully communicated with. The nursing staff were lovely and even though my mother didn’t like being there (the dementia was real!), there’s no other place my siblings and I would’ve preferred her to be.

I wouldn't put any of my family in this place!! They need shut down some of the CNAs are mean to the residents they won't take them to the restroom when requested, some have been hurt by the workers and the residents are afraid to say anything because they don't know where they will go and they put up with being yelled at and even cursed at and when any employee says anything about what is going on there you loose your job it's just crazy and this place needs shut down.
