If I could give zero stars, I would. They do not care for these patients. They’d continuously leave the patients needing service for extended periods of time. They do not follow procedures to properly care or clean their patients. There are a select few people who truly care but the vast majority simply do not especially the evening crew. It is seriously unfortunate we are losing our family member over this care. Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT bring your loved one to this facility. You will regret it. The reviews hide the truth behind their practices. The staff is rude and disrespectful.

My mother, who has dementia, has been living in this facility for a year now and I am very happy with my decision to have her live there. The staff is very friendly, I get regular updates on mom, the facility is clean and there are plenty of activities for mom. I highly recommend this facility for your family.

I have been working at Rosemont for 4 months and this is a great place to work. The management team is family oriented and respectfull to all. The staff was welcoming when I started and had no problem answering my questions. My knowledge and experience in LTC is respected and appreciated. The facility tries to be proactive for resident care not reactive which is a nice change. The Provider's in the facility and nurses have good communication and work with other departments to meet the patient's and families goal of the resident returning home.
