My mom is on North for memory care. I feel we were lucky to have her placed here when it became a must. I love the staff that I am familiar with. I do feel that they could use more help here tho. My grandmother was a resident here for about a year and a half or so at the end of her life. They were amazing. She thought one of the nurses was me and they were so nice and went along with it, which I know gave her comfort. When she moved to the hospice house for her last few days here on earth, they shared some stories and expressed how they would miss her presence with the family. They truly cared and we can never thank them enough for taking care of her, we will be forever grateful.
