I loved this community when it was Juniper Village and I love it with it’s new name of Sage Park. This place is beautiful with sprawling trees and shaded areas to sit outside. It is a peaceful place with a robust activities calendar. Their activities director has been there for over a decade and the residents adore her. Don’t even get me started on their amazing clinical team like Pleasure & Marcia, or their therapy team because this post will be too long! To make it short, they treat the residents like they are family they get to care for💙. Since Hugo has taken over as executive director things have only gotten better. He leads with his heart and that is something you don’t see enough is senior living. He cares about the residents, staff and it shows in how he knows all their names and genuinely asks how they are doing. It may seem like a small thing, but it matters.

I had the pleasure of meeting Hugo, the Administrator, and was truly impressed by his passion and dedication. He shared his journey from starting as a CNA to becoming an Administrator, and it was clear that his heart has always been with the geriatric community. His attention to detail and the way he spoke about his community showed genuine care and pride. Hugo’s commitment to providing the highest level of support and compassion for those who need that extra care truly stood out. I would feel more than confident entrusting a loved one to this community under his leadership.

Management is great. CERTAIN caregivers aren't worth the dime they're paid for. My loved one currently resides here , and I've seen and heard plenty from " staff ". They appear to need more training, and basic knowledge of care. All I've witnessed is constant complaining about not wanting to do their job. Caregiver's act unprofessional as if this type of work doesn't have meaning.
