The worst experience, admitted 6pm my husband was back in ER after 4 hrs of being admitted from SMH for Rehab.I left him to run an errand upon returning I found him unresponsive he had removed his cannula, nurse unable to get a pulse reading.Upon arrival Explained he may try to get out of bed (to weak to do so) No bed monitor, only oxygen concentrator, nurse was extremely hyper and on the defensive. True friendly and clean.
