Excellent experience at the Cottage. My mom spent her final months there and she and our family received professional, compassionate and genuinely caring treatment from the administrators and staff. I definitely made the right decision by entrusting them with her care.

dad is staying at the Cottage, they are so helpful from assisting with is transistion to the Cottage to caring for his well being on a daily basis. The staff is always accessible ( even after normal business hours ), including Barbara the administrator, and replies quickly to requests for information and process issues. Communication with the family is vital to helping with dad’s illness and I am grateful they for their understanding of this important aspect of the service they provide. I love the focus on activities often for the residents and attention to their needs. The facility is clean, the menus are well planned. The staff are well aware of the difficulties with this type of illness and appear to be genuinely concerned and try to make it as easy for the resident to have the best quality of life possible with this illness and the family
