I couldn't belive how Mr Jackson spoke so highly of this place until my fiance was taken there briefly the EMT's were hesitant to leave him there this place was far from a 2 million dollar renovation elevators left open the smell of urine staff was unaware he was coming smoking outside entrance. front desk was full of papers & personal items. He was taken back to U.C. ER, in pain & truly shaken. the staff at ER didn't have good things to say about this facility. so just know if it was updated yrs ago it clearly has changed & using the V-Tour wasn't how it looked as of October 2025. so unprofessional & false expectations. RED FLAG/Trick no treat. He truly was unhinged about the whole situation. "Boo we got you" I was in disbelief of hearing a staff member talking like that. I was listening the whole ride from hospital to Scarlett Oaks then back to ER I was in Tears for him from what I heard. he cried we both wrre shaken. I decided to physically visit before he goes anywhere else. The nerve of this "saleman" to convince its all that just because its in the Gaslight District in Clifton they'd be appalled if they knew it's being advertised through Communities Name as Quality.& it's apparently NOT.

Everything fine, but May 7, 2025 at 10:15pm, I ask RT, can he suction my Mother rm 214, she gargle mucous, he said his next round is at 11:45pm, I ask the Nurse can she suction her, after that her vitals improved, her breathing improved and she was relaxed to go to sleep, gave 5 stars to the Nurse, for doing what I ask RT, if can go beyond the call of duty, he just sat there...
