This housekeeper has no respect for other people's property! She came in and touched my Grandmother's personal property WITHOUT permission. She turned my Grandmother's camera and pushed it all the way back so it couldn't record her or anything else. Who does that? We have signed all the proper paperwork to have permission to have this camera up, so no one should be touching it. It is VERY suspicious as to why someone would do this. What does she have to hide?? So far, this place has been a HUGE disappointment. No one ever answers the phone here. When someone FINALLY answered the phone after calling for several days, I was told "a supervisor will be in touch to talk about this". We shall see if someone does call and if anything is done about this. This is the THIRD time someone has done this here in the last few days! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. **Be sure to view this review on Google Maps to see the video! *UPDATE - I went to visit my Grandmother a couple hours after this incident happened and saw the housekeeper that was in this video. I asked her why she did it and she told me it was an "accident" and that she was trying to clean the counter. You can clearly see she pushes it with her hand. She not only turned it around all the way but then pushed it all the way back on the counter. She was extremely argumentative and did not want to leave my Grandmother's room when I asked her to. She was more worried about WHY I was upset about it and all she could talk about was if the management didn't want her there then they could tell her to leave. She did not care that she was in the wrong and refused to take responsibility for the incident. She continued to argue. I asked her to leave the room multiple times. She began to walk out of the room, while still saying things. Then she returned to the room to continue to tell me things. COMPLETELY unprofessional! As of right now, I have not received a phone call regarding this issue. I sure hope the management from this place does something about this employee. This type of person should NOT be allowed to work in this type of setting. Update: NO ONE ever contacted me about the above mentioned incident. I was told on multiple occasions that they take these things seriously and someone would be in contact. They never did. The housekeeper in the video would stare me down and give me ugly looks every time I went after this incident. UPDATE 9/24/2025: My grandmother ended up in the hospital, while still a patient at Sedona Trace. I spoke with the head of nurses, Roxanne. She told me blood was drawn the day before and the results were pending but if anything were wrong, they would have gotten an alert. I told her my grandmother had not been feeling well for several days and my Grandmother kept telling the nurses this. Roxanne said she didn't think there was anything to worry about and didn't feel like my Grandmother needed to go to the hospital. I ended up calling 911 from two counties away because they weren't taking anything seriously, not even the blood in my Grandmother's stools for the last 2.5 days was being taken seriously. Four different nurses saw my Grandmother's bloody stools and they just flushed it and said it was not blood. When she arrived at the hospital, we found out she was indeed bleeding internally and she required 2 blood transfusions. Sedona Trace knew this was the reason why my Grandmother was there to get rehab in the first place. They put my Grandmother's life in danger by not taking anything seriously. Needless to say, my Grandmother will never return here. I went to pick up my Grandmother's things the next day and not ONE person noticed me walking out with 8 large bags of personal belongings and a walker in the middle of the day. The people sitting at the nurses desks had their heads buried in their phones. That is what they worry about here. They definitely do not worry about their patients/residents. If you love your family member, DO NOT let them go here! These people are incompetent and they will put your loved ones life in danger.

09/20/2025 They take forever to answer call lights My mother has to wait 45+ minutes to get assistance for anything. This is sad. CNAs need to do there job. They should have at least two per hall and divide the residents so they can manage to properly provide care/assistance for all our loved ones in a timely manner. My mother has to wait for the CNA to pass dinner trays before she can handle to assist my mother to the restroom. It's been 20 minutes and no one has helped my mother to the restroom .

I was there for two months following surgery for broken hip. The physical therapy team did not let me give up! It was questionable if I would walk, sure to have a limp. Was there for my 79 birthday and one of my therapists said “ you dodged a bullet for a woman your age.” I took the challenge! I’m home, alone and driving independently although I do errands with walker I have in car. I promised my surgeon to use one whenever out. I’m about to be 80 and independent thanks to all the help….i don’t sashay like my young self but I don’t limp thanks to great therapist.
