I was so excited and grateful to finally get an apartment at Seltice Seniors. The amazing office staff are always warm, friendly, and kind. They take the time to listen to tenants and always make sure any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. The maintenance staff are AMAZING too. The property is so well maintained. They are up before it’s light and still up after dark taking excellent care of the property. I feel like I am a part of a large family and it is such a good feeling especially with the greetings from staff and tenants every day. I am almost 80 and have lived in five other rental communities in my life, but this one is by far, the BEST!!! Thank you to all my new friends and family! -Pamela Bertva

The friend I stayed the night with, has a 2bdr,1 full bath with 1 sink. Beautiful Coeur d'Alene is a hub of activity for seniors in this area and the grounds are beautiful of the apartment complex and blend in with the scenery. Come in to the property to check it out it's really nice and if you know somebody here it is very nice.
