Amy Queen
This is a review in response to Patty Milam’s review. She has never worked at Seneca house, she mentioned Doreen (who works at another facility) and myself who also works at another company. Ms. Milam is known for making inappropriate reviews, on different facilities pages just like the one. Seneca house is a great place with compassionate care. Rebecca has worked hard to maintain their reputation and standard of care.

They treat people badly. I visit a friend as often as I can. They treat her bad especially the (big) boss. This place should be investigated. Very poor care. The 5 star are workers or friends commenting. You want the truth. Very poor care. Everything is said is 100% true. Doreen lied. Sherry spoke nonsense about how caring they are. Residence says different. Amy Queen lied. My friend tells me differnt..it's bad
Rebecca Mitchell
A great group of people who truly care about the residents. A family friendly environment and just all around great place.
