Horrible !!!!! Should be ZERO stars in my opinion. My family moved a loved one here. It has been disappointing so far. The description of what this building has to offer for residents , has not proven to be true. After an infestation of pests , with a lack of coordination of extermination services, we are having second thoughts on continuing to allow our loved one to live here. The negative reviews of this building are all true. This building looks well from the outside, but is very poorly managed with several concerning issues that need to be addressed. The building is presented as housing seniors. However, there has been an influx of younger adults, who appear questionable, mixed in with this senior population; between this issue, the infestation of pests, uncleanliness of the common areas including outside, broken washing machines , lack of substantial activities, and increased rent, this place is not what is expected. Very disappointing... Update : The owner replied with a telephone number to discuss complaints. I think that is good. The response stated that this location is dedicated to providing exceptional senior services. There is nothing exceptional about this location . A building filled with vermin and pests is a health hazard and not exceptional.** I also wanted to add that the building allows smoking therefore residential units smell like cigarette smoke and Marijuana. My loved one does not smoke, but second hand smoke fills the apartment daily from other residents. By this being a senior building and a cancer health Hazzard, management was informed with no assistance. By far this is one of the worse , inconsistent and terribly managed senior buildings. There was a recent fire issue at this location. I stated previously that this building has issues, which have come to light... no updates provided to residents on when repairs will be complete. Dust everywhere and water damage; yet management is harassing tenants asking them if they will renew their lease agreement. This is one of the worse managed buildings for seniors i have seen.

Senior building with absolutely no security, no management and no assistance. Younger people moving into the “senior” building with bags of things that hang out at all times of the night and bring drama along. Police being called, items being stolen, and footage to prove all of this. Complaints are currently being filed with the alderman’s office. Hoping that either they clean the building up or shut down.

I spoke with a young lady today, her name was Sarah. She was very up lifting and helpful. I'm looking to take residence at this facility in the near future. I look forward to hearing from her in the weeks to come. Thank you so much.
