My grandma has been left to sit in her own bodily fluids for long stints of time with nobody coming. Hardly ever does someone answer the phone when you call. My grandma came to get help walking again and it was a horrible experience! She said she would never want to be in a place this bad again. If you cant do it for yourself dont go here!

The facility is great but certain floor nurses are terrible. I've had interactions with two that were just down right rude. I've witnessed two nurses bullying another nurse that works with them. I believe that this facility needs to engage in making their work environment more friendly. Not only for their patients but also for other fellow employees. The floor nurses Rasheeda and Courtney that caused another employee to not only be embarrassed and humiliated I believe really need to go back in their training and learn a little bit of empathy and humility. Because two people working like that together and targeting their fellow employees and being rude to patients as well really need to be investigated. I cannot say enough good things about Signature Healthcare at Summerfield. From the moment i walked in, i were treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care. The staff here go above and beyond—not just doing their jobs, but truly caring for their patients like family. The nurses and aides are attentive, compassionate, and always willing to listen. Whether it is answering questions or making sure the residents are comfortable, they are patient and professional every step of the way. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and well-organized. The rooms are kept tidy, and there's a warmth in the atmosphere that you don’t find everywhere. The staff openly communicates in every department and diligently focuses on making sure residents and families feel supported.
