Do your research!! I would not put my pet there!! Very inattentive!!! Forgot my sister's meds. Some of the people were very nice!! They were supposed to order a bed. Contacted twice, they did not do it. As of now!

My name Gwendolyn and I have been on the rehab side here at Signature East Louisville. I have been very active all of my live until my most recent injury; the therapy team, specifically Ron and Valada. I’m strong but they continue to push me beyond my own limits and I can feel the pay off. The therapy team has by far been the best part of my stay here, I look forward to them every morning. The nursing team has also been good to me, they are polite and have met my needs. Tiera in the kitchen went above and beyond, when she said she would do something, she followed through. I.e. she was the one that told me about the activities that were offered here at East, went over the calendar and got me in contact with the Activities Director; even though her primary role was overseeing the kitchen.

I came to Signature East for rehab and I've been pleased with the care I have received from the nursing staff. My therapy staff have also been top notch as the have worked with me to regain some strength through different techniques. The food was good but my chicken stripes were the best. I would come back if I needed rehab.
