This is the first rehabilitation center I've stayed so I have nothing to compare it to but what I will say that it is substandard grossly understaffed rendering inadequate care.The RNs and CNAs do their best but they have too many patients. It takes more than 30 minutes to respond to a patients call button. I was left in my urine and feces sometimes up to 45 minutes. The patient rooms are in horrible condition: stain on the ceiling, floors, & walls, clogged up AC units and surfaces never dusted. The patient bathroom are old and dilapidated. The toilets and vanities are not sanitized on a daily basis. The food is gross. The furniture in the lobby is shabby and dirty. This place needs a total renovation from the exterior grounds to the Inside. In August the name was changed to Charleston Post Acute. Please check out this place thoroughly before placing any of your loved ones family friends or even an enemy in this facility.

It sucks so bad here. Do not let your loved one come here. My mom was there and they let her get a bed sore as big as my hand. I took her out against dr orders.
