I just want to say how Jodie Laib goes way above and beyond in her job at Brookdale Park Place. She reaches out to the residents and looks for the needs that they have. She is cheerful. Makes them feel important and independent. She helps in any capacity that she can and she keeps a great attitude. The residents absolutely love her. And she loves them!I’m so glad that she is a part of the Brookdale team. Don’t let this one go. She’s a gem! I see this personally with how she interacts with my dad! He has the beginnings of dementia and cannot remember anyone’s name. But he remembers hers!

This place is another executive pay paradise. They can't keep good staff because they won't pay employees good wages. Another thing is I wouldn't bring my grandma here unless I was asking for earlier death. Food here is like school or prison food. Your loved one deserves better. Don't expect good CNA when McDonald's offers new hires a better wage.
