Whoever the receptionist lady that answers the phone is very rude. She hung up on me twice today. I'm reporting her to the ombudsman. Because I had an emergency call and this is not the first time she has done this

Every time I ask for my meds they never fill them right or on time. Don’t get me started on the way I feel when I enter to when we leave. They serve there own kind to put it nicely.
