I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially families looking for true care and compassion for their loved ones. They put up a front, acting like they care, but in reality, they have no sense of direction or proper communication. My husband was only there for five days before he passed away. During that time, I had to constantly be the one updating staff on his condition and treatment plan from the hospital. They should have been informed and attentive, yet I was left repeating critical details that they should have already known. They even placed my husband on a full diet, fully aware that he aspirated from time to time. That decision was reckless and dangerous. Then, when they called to inform me they had found him unresponsive, I truly believe it was because rounds and regular check-ins were not being done. The way the nurse told me the news was cold and detached—like it was just another routine phone call about another dead patient. No compassion. No humanity. To make matters worse, when I requested my husband’s full medical records, they refused to release them, claiming I wasn’t his next of kin—even though it was clearly documented in his paperwork that I was. This facility not only failed my husband in his final days but also failed me and my family in how they treated us afterward. The lack of care, responsibility, and compassion is unacceptable.

Staff is kind, friendly and competent. Facility is clean. Food is less than it could be. Most dishes are way over-cooked and not seasoned - at all. That said, I spent two weeks here following knee replacement surgery. While we had “therapy” every day, very little of it was relevant to my particular needs following knee replacement. Therapy is definitely aimed at fragile, injured, elderly individuals. I did have three individual PT sessions that were aimed at range of motion but otherwise, I was on my own for rehab. Given the same circumstances, I would be reluctant to return here.

I don’t know how this place has a 5 star review. My mom was in a car accident and was taken here for rehab. They wouldn’t give her the bladder meds she needed and then complained when she had an accident. When they did help her up to go to the bathroom they complained how hard it is to get her up because she is fat ( the nurses exact words). That made her to embarrassed to ask for help. And their definition of behavior was sit her in a wheel chair for 5 hours and then put her back in bed! This was a horrible experience for my mom
