I’ve been living at Somerby Villa for 4 1/2 years now, and I can honestly say it’s been a wonderful experience. Everything has always been good, but things have become even more vibrant and exciting since Lea took over as our Activity Director. She’s brought a fresh energy to the community — always coming up with fun, creative, and engaging events that give us all something to look forward to. From themed socials to interactive games and meaningful activities, there’s always something happening, and it truly makes a difference in our daily lives. The staff and residents here have always been kind and supportive, making me feel valued and part of a real community. Of course, no place is perfect — little things come up from time to time, which is perfectly normal — but I honestly have nothing major to complain about.

She showed me so many amazing activities and involvement for her residents that I wished they lived closer to Mobile so they could become a part of that community with her. I will continue to spread the word and refer people to her that are looking for somewhere to call home! She’s was so precious and so helpful!
