I am so grateful for the care my mom receives at this Alzheimer's Dementia facility. The staff are always kind, patient, and treat her with so much respect. They make her feel safe and comfortable every day. The building is always very clean and welcoming, which gives me peace of mind. My mom is always smiling when I visit, and I know she is in good hands. The team goes above and beyond to help her and keep her happy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great care for their loved one. The lady in the front office rock!!

Met staff after deciding it was time to place my mother in a facility. Staff was more concerned about finding my moms "houses" even though she does not own any. Staff also wanted to go through my personal financial records to verify her income. Said it was a DHS requirement even though my mother was already on DHS and DHS themselves stated there was no need for verification or to reapply. Staff was upset by this so they made up a reason to deny my mother saying she was "hostile" (she was walking around an unfamiliar place) and they were uncomfortable admitting her. Two days later I went to another facility where my mother was admitted no problems and she actually enjoys the facility. After this experience and doing more research it was a blessing they denied my mother. They are more concerned about seizing assets and stealing property (you can find audit reports and other reviews) then they are taking care of your loved ones.
