Aug 28 from about 1pm to 2:30pm no one on 400 hall wanted to clean my Brothers room. Trash on floor, mattress needed wiping down, needed clean sheets, trash can needed a liner. Staff looked at it and went to do something else. Finally a young staffer came in and cleaned the room up in about 10 minutes.

I work here, and I have family here as a resident. Since weve had a change of Ownership , the place has rapidly improved. We have a Strong Owner team , Ceo, and Director of Nurse's that has came into the building and focuses of Resident centered care. Great Nurse's and Cnas that truly care. I feel very comfortable with my family there, she is in good hands. All the ancillary staff are a Great team to work with as well. Love my work family.

I recently visited this facility, and what I liked the most was seeing the new CEO Sheila Foster painting with the residents. I love seeing office staff that are active in with residents.
