Wonderful staff!! Very nice facility… lots of fun activities for the residents!!

My mom had a 5 day respite stay at Southwestern. Her room was great, the best one so far of all the facilities she has spent in respite. It was clean and comfortable. It had a recliner and a tv in the room. Plenty of closet space and a welcome package with toiletries in case we forgot something. The welcome was the best too. Jess, the director of admissions, was very kind and helpful and it made me feel better about leaving my mom there while I was away.

Just came home a week ago. The 7to3 shift had. One good person that took care of me. Most of the staff doesn't want to work. Had trouble getting water o n 3 to 11 shift, those people were the worst.. There for almost a month., never got showered or hair washed. Would k d not take a dog there.
