If you have an elderly loved one with fractures that require a lot of attention due to the Advanced Stages of Dementia, I would highly recommend looking for another Skilled Facility. My grandmother fell out of her bed, day two, and was found trying to get up/crawl. They have no idea how long she was on the floor. Then we asked about her night meds via phone, but no one could locate her nurse. After an hour and 3 calls later, they said they couldnt open the med drawer because that nurse had the keys and still hadnt returned. We found her sitting in her chair with the food tray to her side and she had no ability to move to it or to pull the tray to eat. The tray didnt even have silverware. We fed my grandmother with a straw, her pudding. Her medications were unavailable and had to be *borrowed* night 2/3 and this did not include the most important medications she needed. She wasnt bathed, they told us we had to buy Depends so we hauled across to Sams Club because she was still in her pamper from Presbyterian. Then we got word of Discharge because she was unable to *participate* and understand instructions, well that is because she has Dementia and had a right shoulder & collarbone full fracture. She needed help!! I had to do a total of 3 appeals of Discharge and the day we finally decided enough was enough, the transport van showed up to find my grandmother in the restroom with blood all over her and the bathroom. They waited over 30 minutes to contact me and when they did I said Call an Ambulance!!! Lastly, not to mention, I have received detailed Billing for another patient with the Cover Letter addressed to my grandmother. I have contacted their Billing Dept and left several voicemails with no return. I received even a Bill for the time period that the Appeals was Approved and even called about that, no call back! Just some things to think about if you do make a decision to select this Skilled Facility. Maybe it was just our bad luck.

I would rate this facility no stars if it was possible!!! If you are planning to bring your loved ones here 🛑DON'T!! DO NOT DO IT!! This place is HORRIBLE!! It's new and looks good outside and inside the lobby but when you start getting toward the dining room the smell of urine and feces fill your nose and smells like death. They are neglectful and have no idea what they are talking about. They told my loved ones that they didn't need to take their meds everyday (They have been taking them for 30 years (EVERYDAY). If you are unable to make it to the bathroom on your own they will put a diaper on you. They are supposed to check on patients every 2 hours. I got a call from my loved ones several times telling me that even though themselves and their roommates pushed the call buttons it took almost 4 hrs before they came to tend to them They are way understaffed for the amount of patients they have. Every single time I called the receptionist would transfer me to the nurse's station and they would never pick up they answered one time in 4 months. This place needs to be investigated and shut down.

Value Consideration
With monthly costs ranging from $7,000 to $12,000, families should weigh the facility’s amenities and location against concerns about care consistency and staffing. While some residents and staff speak positively about the environment, the frequency of negative care experiences in reviews suggests that value may depend heavily on individual circumstances and care needs.
