Spring Creek cared for my mother for almost 18 months, until her passing. The staff is excellent. They are very professional but what struck me the most was their compassion. They treat all the residents with great respect and care. In my mom’s time there, there was not one instance that I felt was not handled appropriately. This is a second review after my mother has spent 18 months at Spring Creek Inn Memory Care in Bozeman. She moved there following the death of my stepdad, her caregiver. We toured places and this is where she wanted to be and it was a very good choice for her. She passed away about a week ago at the age of 96. My earlier review covered many details, but I wanted to say once again how caring and kind the staff was throughout her stay. As her health declined these past few weeks, their suggestions and their help were everything I could have wanted. Their help and concern for her well-being was genuine. I’m so very happy we found this place for her final months. I was also impressed that there was continuity in leadership for the entire 18 months she was there. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memory care facility for their loved one. My mother always felt they treated her with respect and care and we felt the same way.
