I am Kathy Rosselli. Thank you to the residents and families for letting Darlene and I take care of your your loved ones salon services for the past 4+yrs. As soon as we opened salon door we had a crowd. The salon was full of laughter, singing and dancing. Also and foremost our professionalism. Being licensed cosmetologists we asked for consult from director of nursing, Amanda, when a resident came in with extreme cradle cap, dandruff, and 2+ cases of headlice from residents who had been there for months/years. The headlice was on residents living on opposite sides of building. The director of nursing threw me the boxes of Nix and told me to do it! We reported this to state. Darlene and I have never experienced NEGLECT like this in our 42yrs of experience. As a result we were notified via email from Amanda "our services were no longer needed ". We heard we "didn't stay in our own lane ". We loved and enjoyed each resident. We each work in 4 other facilities and will continue to share love, beauty, dignity and laughter!❤️
