DO NOT EVER put anyone you care about in this facility. They are absolutely horrible and if the patient complains to family they will scold the patient for it. My mom was in for rehab after hip replacement. They treated her like a drug seeker from the first time she asked for medication. Took hours to help her to the bathroom when she would ask. When I would complain they would make excuses and dismiss my concerns. Even when I found out she was going to the bathroom without help so she wouldn’t wet the bed without any help not even a walker! STAY AWAY

My mother was left to lay in wet bedding and gown until 11AM. Staff stated they were short staffed. She would wait an hour or more when she called for assistance to the bathroom or for pain meds. The food was disgusting. A lady from OT was rude. Really sad.

I just was in Springhill Senior Rehabilitation and I highly recommend then thay have the nicest and caring staff all the PTand OT are the nicest caring people I recommend this place bar none I’ve told my friends to pass it along if they ever need a rehab
