My mom has received phenomenal care here! From the case manager Christina, to the transportation director Miguel, to the PT/OT’s Bonnie and Pamala, the nurses Ashley and Grace- her care has been comprehensive and personalized. The financial director Amanda has been readily available to answer all our questions and assist us with the necessary paperwork. The facility has lots of fun activities that keeps my mom engaged and socially active. My mom loves the food as well! Highly recommend this facility!

I would like to Thank You for calling Police every time I come to see my husband of 44 year, so I've not seen him since 12/122023. I'm my husband's advocate and you don't want to acknowledge that your nelegeting him & other patient. Why did your rating DROP FROM 91% TO 82% IN 8 MONTHS????? PATIENT CARE SHOULD BE YOUR PRIORITY NOT SITTING DOING NOTHING. Don't put Loved One in this facility if you can avoid it. I'll NEVER SEE MY HUSBAND . THANK YOU FOR NOT CARING PS I'll give you credit as far I know patients have running water. PPS ALL SNFS ACROSS THE COUNTRY NEGELECT THE ELDERLY . It's 2025 our 42 Anniversary has come & gone, my husband's 70th birthday is coming up & I can't see him. Thank you for Not Letting me see my husband & for Not taking care of him.
