St. Louis Hills Assisted Living & Memory Care

My siblings and I had to move both my parents into assisted living, my dad in memory care and my mom in regular assisted living. The staff have been very accommodating, friendly & will listen and to concerns. After 2 months, my dad started out in memory care. St Louis Hills is allowing us to try out my dad in regular assisted living with my mom in the same unit. We're hoping for the best, again, they are accommodating. We are pleased and would recommend and already have recommended to acquaintances.

After my very first visit to St. Louis Hills, I knew I'd found the right place for my dad. Jenny was incredibly kind and patient, answering all my questions and immediately putting me at ease. The employees and residents were friendly and welcoming, and I was struck by how clean, comfortable, and inviting the entire community felt. On my follow-up visit, I made a point to speak with several residents to ask about their experiences at St. Louis Hills. Each one spoke warmly and proudly about their home, reaffirming my strong first impression. Now, three months in, we couldn't be more pleased. The staff go above and beyond — not only are they skilled and compassionate, but they bring a joyful energy that creates exactly the kind of atmosphere we hoped for. My dad is receiving exceptional care, enjoying delicious meals, and taking full advantage of the outstanding physical and occupational therapy services. I’m deeply grateful to everyone at St. Louis Hills — thank you for taking such good care of my dad and for treating him like family!

After realizing our father could no longer live independently, my siblings and I searched for a residence that offered daily assistance, as needed. Let me just say that St. Louis Hills was the answer to our prayers! From the day he moved in, the staff and residents treated my father, and all of us, just like family. To make him feel welcome on move-in day, one of the residents played his favorite song on the piano and we all had a little sing-along. It was lovely! I am beyond grateful to everyone who has helped my father thrive in his new home. There are too many wonderful employees to mention by name, but I hope they know just how much we appreciate each and every one. I have witnessed sincere compassion and excellent care from not only the medical staff, but all the therapists, aids, dining room attendants, housekeepers, maintenance, front desk personnel, and the amazing administrative staff! I would highly recommend St. Louis Hills for a loved one in need of assisted living.
