My father lived at this facility for the last 5 months of his life and while there, it was wonderful. The facility, PT, OT, and the staff were all amazing. Since his passing, it has been a completely different experience. as they have been unhelpful to my requests for a refund of overpayment of his services. After over a month of emailing their billing coordinator who never responded, I reached out to the community director who provided an update that the refund was sent to my father at their facility. Why would anyone send the check there behooves me since I provided a correct address, but nonetheless, the facility seemed to have lost the check. I was told corporate would reissue a check and send to the correct address. That was a month ago. I've sent two follow up emails with no updates except one that said they were busy at month end. I've now reached out to their corporate group for help hoping to get this resolved. I would also prefer not to leave a review like this, but sometimes this is the only way to get a response.
