Our Care Approach
Su Casa Home Care emphasizes around-the-clock supervision and assistance with daily living activities, coordinating with local healthcare providers for medical needs. The community aims to support residents’ independence while offering help with medications, meals, and personal care. However, review feedback suggests that the quality and consistency of care may vary, with some residents and families feeling underserved.
Family Experience
Families report mixed experiences—some felt their loved ones were treated with respect and care, while others described feeling that residents were 'discarded like trash.' Communication with staff appears inconsistent, and several families would not recommend the community to others. You have mice, flies all around people’s food. Residents are being treated like less than human beings. Being discarded like trash.

My brother has been there for several years. He died last night after we just had a really good long distance zoom. We think he was well cared for. He liked the staff, the activities and the food. I personally appreciate everyone who cared for Brian. I don't know all your names but I do remember the social worker. Richard who was very helpful Thank you to everyone. I appreciate you.
