Suites of Ankeny

I am new in Ankeny area. My first visit ordered received, I returned home to find I totally received someone else’s order. I called, they apologized and asked for me to return 8miles they would make mistake worthy. Arrived, received my original order and he handed me two punched out cards that equal one free’ each card. Om gosh I said nty! Another review coming from today’s order. Wow!

For $4,000 per month I expected to get at least what they told me we would get when we signed the papers. My mother was lucky to get one shower each week. Her apartment was cleaned twice in 8 weeks. A staff member even told me that my mother laid on the floor after a fall for an hour after pushing her alert button before anyone came to help her. Rarely would anyone answer the front desk phone. Several other families joked about how they never seemed to answer the front bell either. If the problem is that they are short staffed, that would've been nice to know before hand.

The facility is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is attentive and generous. Creative activities, quality food. The residents are the top concern and this is displayed in all facets of The Suites.
