Chara Reynolds
The staff (CNAs and Nurses) does their best, however are overworked with ridiculous patient to worker ratios, only made worse by the wretched and incompetent management. The food served isn't fit for prisoners, let alone people's loved ones. Dietary needs are generally ignored. There is a general lack of empathy, since those that care are pushed out of the company for standing up for their residents. The facility is entirely dated, forcing people to make unsafe decisions. Accidents are swept under the rug for fear of consequences, rather than reported and investigated for the safety of the clients. They talk a big game about care, but it is simply a tag line and jingle to play on the phone to placate legitimate concerns. I would get my family member out as fast as possible to protect them from this facility. Edit. Two weeks have passed, and they have nothing to say. Please take this as a sign, even politicians try to spin things within a few days after evidence arrives. Their silence speaks volumes.
