I am very impressed with the CNA Sessions , Speech Therapist Alex and the Nurses Kahlia and Millie. They have all been a blessing for my son's care. Olivia the Dr is amazing as well. They are all angels in scrubs.I give those 5 stars. The reason I gave 1 star is bc everyone else doesn't care at all about the patients. They sit at nurses station on Tiktok. They almost killed my son. The CNAs never would give him a bath or repositioned him or anything.

Complete dump. Full of roaches. Employees are petty and treat patients like children. Ghetto. Curse. Grown children. Everyone working here is a good friend or kin to a person already here that knows the tricks. The ones who resist no matter what are punished by having their pain meds held for hours or stolen. I have no idea how some passed a test when American English escapes their mastery horribly. They ignore call lights for as long as possible until it's flagged. At this point as a new person here I'm going back to what I always do. Call the Ombudsman everyday and I do mean everyday. Dept. Of children and family services. AHCA. Finally contacting The JSO every night and day on every abuse occasion including meds longer than an hour past until a nurse is arrested for felony class 3 disabled abuse. 5 years in Florida prison at 80% sentences 250k fine. Chapter 825 FL statutes outlines these abuses against elderly and disabled people and they are committed here hourly. I give my word this will become everyday. Ask those who know me from other places. There's a reason I'm a very very hard placement at hospitals. Because I expose truth and have made news stories with FOXJAX and other news outlets about injustices at nursing homes and I'm not stopping until it changes for the better or they shut me up.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! The nurses and CNAS are extremely rude they do NOT WANT TO WORK THEY ARE LAZY!! Cussing out the elderly, they do not care for the elderly. I have no idea how this place has any good reviews, this place needs an inspection.
