This place is so old things always breaking. They constantly shuffling people around because of maintenance problems. My mom is old she need to be comfortable. The director acts like she too busy too care. It's one the more expensive facilites in town too

This facility is so unprofessional they don’t treat their people right the management is so cricket. They don’t care about their employees. It’s always mess up in there these people always falling or getting hurt some type of way they miss handle the residence if I was y’all, I wouldn’t put my dog in this place they bird feed theses ppl and get mash when they complain about the food they have Jerry chairs and wheelchairs on the third floor that’s not even supposed to be in the facility so unprofessional

Too many residents and not enough staff to provide proper care. My dad was showing all the signs of neglect. Management was extremely unprofessional and did absolutely nothing about it when I complained several times.
