I have had a great experience with nursing and Rehab staff at Sunnybrook. They do an outstanding job. My nurse K was great, very kind and responsive. Eliseo and all the Therapy Staff were great. So many nurses helped me I can't name them all. The CNA Yuna was so kind. These people greeted me with such kindness and treatment with such care' I felt like I was home. Thanks so much Sunnybrook!!!!

Let me just start by saying, there is NO perfect Nursing facility.. IF that’s what you’re looking for!! . Everyone is gonna have some type of issue somewhere, if it’s a $6000a month (4000 is the average) Nursing Facility to a $251 a day Nursing facility. What I will state, Sunnybrook Rehab, Has done an AWESOME job in caring for my mother-in-law. From the Executive Director, Lionel M to the DON Lottacia Harris. They Always made time to talk with our family.. Loved the open door! (Never has fallen on death ears) .. “”always always making time for the client’s concerns .. Great Team! Mrs. Hammett💕💕made it all possible for our admission, just to add.. when she was on a vacation.. ( now that’s DEDICATION!!) All of the nurses & CNA who has worked on the rehab wing.. Thank you so much for all of your efforts.. it doesn't go unnoticed!!! A HUGE Thank you to the PT team .. they are the GOAT!! DeSember.. she is a Highly Valuable asset to this team.. (mom was never walking in all 11/2 years until a month ago .. 55 steps and counting on a walker) Elizabeth (OT) thank you for your perseverance💕 Ms.Tamika .. Thank you for coming to her room EVERY DAY .. just to get her motivated!! ❤️ (ALL CARE COUNTS to the PATIENT this is why I feel compelled to mention other modalities and individuals in this review ) The cooks .. she HIGHLY enjoyed the meals and the snack cart😊 Maintenance.. Thank you .. for giving her a taste of home ( for her favorite shows to watch) Ms.Shirley so modest and humble a perfect combination to have...
