Staff is horrible days/nights just crack heads. Let residents verbally and physically abuse eachother. I wouldn’t let them watch my dog let alone a family member. They have bed bugs and the residents literally have poop and pee caked on them and their shoes. Immediately took my family member somewhere better and contacted state.
