Moving a parent to assisted living requires a lot of decisions & transitions for both the new resident and family. Medical assessment, payments, move-in logistics were all directed with a diverse staff offering personal care! We’ve received such patience, support, & kindness. I've had the privilege of knowing this community for several years. Professionalism from every team member within this community has always been wonderful. The head RN Karen is absolutely fantastic and a down to earth person you can really relate with especially when speaking about the care of your loved one. The staff in this community have been there for a long time too which is wonderful to see how committed they are to their residents and community. I recommend Sunrise Chandler to everybody.
