About Symphony at Stuart
Symphony at Stuart brings a fresh, resort-like feel to senior living on Florida’s Treasure Coast, with a design inspired by historic St. Augustine and a lively, small-town atmosphere right outside the door. Residents choose from studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom apartments—some with kitchenettes—and enjoy restaurant-style dining, a pub, movie theater, salon, and a packed calendar of social events. The care team tailors support to each resident’s needs, offering everything from medication management and mobility help to specialized memory care, all backed by 24/7 nursing and emergency response. Families appreciate the transparent, point-based pricing—you pay only for the services you use, not a flat rate. With easy access to top hospitals, pharmacies, and local cafes, Symphony at Stuart makes it simple for residents to stay active, connected, and well cared for, whether they’re joining a fitness class, relaxing in the garden, or exploring Stuart’s charming downtown.
Our Care Approach
Symphony at Stuart focuses on personalized care plans developed with input from residents, families, and the Director of Nursing. Staff are trained to support independence while providing assistance with daily activities, medication management, and specialized memory care. The community emphasizes flexibility, allowing residents to 'move in place' as needs change.
Family Experience
Families report feeling supported during the transition, with staff communication highlighted as clear and compassionate. Many mention that tours and the move-in process were smooth, and they appreciate regular updates and the ability to reach staff at any time. While most are highly satisfied, a few express worries about care consistency in memory care.

Maintain continuous conversation with your elderly loved ones. Poor treatment can happen very easily in a lot of places. This one is no exception

I have been working at Symphony At Stuart a little over five years. The residents and the employees are like my family. The residents are all extremely kind, very friendly, and sociable. My colleagues are supportive and always smiling. I am truly grateful and feel extremely fortunate to be a part of this amazing team and community.

I cannot say enough good things about this community and the staff that make it exceptional. Mom is happy, healthy, the food is wonderful, activities, caring people, cleanliness, attention to detail. Everyone goes above and beyond! Izaik is exceptional in his role, so is Josh. I also love Stephanie, Faland, Natasha and Cherene. They all strive to make it a great place. The proof is also there. They recently won the award for best in senior living. I haven’t come across one staff member that I didn’t like. That’s pretty rare! I was so scared at the beginning. Everyone welcomed us w open arms and made us feel like family. If you want only the best, inquire about this place. You will be very glad you did! I’d give it 100 stars if I could.

Value Consideration
Monthly costs start at $3,790 for assisted living, slightly above the local average, with memory care fees reported up to $7,000. Families appreciate the point-based pricing, which means they pay only for needed services. While many feel the care and amenities justify the cost, some note that recent rent increases in memory care have not matched improvements in service quality.
