The staff is terrible about responding to residents' service requests. It appears they do not have anyone on staff that is tech savvy as problems with the Internet and Televisions go unanswered for days if not weeks. Inexcusable.

I am very frustrated with the amount of turnover they have in staff here. I’m also not satisfied that they don’t have a nurse in charge of the Med Aid‘s, etc. one wait a long time to get something on their work order fixed. If it weren’t for my friends that I’ve made here, I would probably seek out another Facility to live in. I really don’t want to leave because I like it here.
