Please don’t make the mistake we did by putting our mom in this place. They will put a huge show on when you do the walk through, thankfully we got her out fast. Most of the staff can’t speak English, you will need to use google translate. The elevator is in very poor condition, the bus was broken down the whole time she was there. While you are in independence living you will have staff walk into your room at all hours of the night. The building is not clean and second floor smelled of urine, I see where another review is stating the same issue and this company said google needs to remove their review. Unfortunately these are facts, you will be double billed and have add on that you never used there, the relief of getting our mom out of there was amazing. Please do a lot of research before putting your loved one into assisted living.

We visited this facility and was so impressed with how clean and beautiful it was. We decided to place our aunt here.

I have lived at Tampa Gardens for a year now and I couldn’t be happier. The staff and administrators are so friendly, helpful and supportive. They go out of their way to make your life here as comfortable and welcoming as possible. The building is well maintained, clean and it’s pet friendly. My cat, Eleanor, is here with me which was very important. There are plenty of things to do and the event coordinator is very creative. We have live music regularly, painting, bingo, arm chair traveling and outings to restaurants, shopping and picnics etc. You can be as busy as you want to be. They provide free transportation to doctor’s appointments which is a big plus for me! Dining is provided with a choice of two entrees for lunch and dinner. We eat off real plates and flatware with cloth napkins, no paper! The servers and kitchen staff are very accommodating and sweet. I highly recommend Tampa Gardens. It feels like home.
