My grandpa has been staying at the facility for some time now and when I visit him the nurses at the station are always on their personal phones and or having personal conversations, but whenever I try calling the facility I can’t ever get through to him. So I had to go as far as to get him a cell phone which I was hesitant to do because I’ve heard from the patients that nurses steal their valuables. Which is sad. They have “new management” and “new staff” from what his roommates say but NO CHANGES. Do better!! I constantly have to check on my grandpa so I did it. You all need to DO BETTER!!

DONT RECOMMENDED AT ALL , place is over all nasty they don’t keep up with patient’s hygiene , staff and other patients stealing. They lie in charts ! This place needs to be closed down
